Born, raised and educated in New Zealand, through her father hails from Pangai Ha’apai Tonga, Faleafa Samoa and Ngati Awa and through her late mother Kolofo’ou, Vaini Nuku’alofa.
Rachel’s authentic governance and leadership is underpinned by her values of integrity, goodwill and excellence to strategically influence and encourage diverse thinking to ‘bridge build’ for the purposes of socio-economic prosperity for communities, businesses and government for global impact.
Rachel is an experienced strategic and business director overseeing key relationships across the Pacific region and internationally in both public-private sectors in the various governing roles she holds.
