Hailing from the Eastern Bay of Plenty, Pele was born and raised in Whakatane before embarking on a twelve-year career in the Royal New Zealand Air Force.
Since leaving the Air Force in 2012, Pele has held a variety of roles in Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations Management, both in NZ as well as overseas. Recently, Pele has helped lead infrastructure construction company, Civtec, as CEO.
Outside of work, Pele enjoys spending time around his lifestyle block and completing projects in the shed. Married to Natalie, they have two kids, Caleb and Bianca.
