On July 20, 2023, we held our first Business Clinic series with Felila Asiata-Feausi, General Manager of Oyonnx. Felila gave an exceptional show on the significance of having work contracts, terms of business, and having the right Health and Safety practices in place for businesses. The take home message for our members is that it is critical to have these processes and procedures set up to guarantee they are covered and safeguarded consistently.

Oyonnx is a consulting business part of the LM4 Group, along with Alignz Recruitment and Puatala. Oyonnx is also one of our Service Providers in the Pacific Village, where we refer our members to them to assist them with various needs including business strategy, accounting, finance, human resources and employment relations solutions.

We then facilitated our second Business Clinic session with Business Strategist and owner of Stratigi, Kim Hill on Thursday 27th July.  Kim gave a fun and engaging presentation to our business members, who enjoyed a good laugh and shed a few tears, but most importantly received some good advice on Resilience, “Knowing their Why”, knowing how to silence their inner self chatter box, and just being the best entrepreneurs they can be despite the many curve balls thrown at them as business owners. Kim inspired our business members to build purpose-driven businesses that will attract more loyal customers to them.
