It was a full house tonight at our workshop, which is the first of a series of workshops designed to teach local businesses and entrepreneurs critical skills for growing, thriving, and, most importantly, surviving in today’s economy.

Nanise provided several examples, including the usefulness of a “Business Lean Canvas,” a great tool for businesses to design their own business models.
